Terms of Service

By accessing theturnkey.agency or engaging Turnkey Agency ("Turnkey," "we," "us," or "our") for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Turnkey offers the following services:

• Websites, restaurant POS and Google Business Profile — one-time-payment services. We publish and host websites for you. The domain name is not included and is paid directly to the registrar.
• AI WhatsApp and phone bots — monthly services. The phone bot is implemented on the fonio.ai platform; for that service, Turnkey acts as a reseller/referral partner, and each client contracts directly with fonio for the underlying platform.
• Mobile apps — custom projects, quoted in writing before work begins.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us for your website, Google Business Profile, POS or AI assistant, including business details, copy, images, menu, prices and knowledge base content.

For AI bots, as the data controller, you are responsible for informing your own callers and message senders in accordance with fonio's terms and applicable law, including any required notices about AI use and call recording.

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) on our website or agreed in writing in your quote. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions, for reference only. For one-time services, you pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we publish, unless otherwise agreed. Later changes to a published website are billed per session at the current rate. Bots are billed monthly, and continued service is conditional on payments being kept current.

Our services depend in part on the uptime of third-party platforms, such as our hosting provider, the fonio.ai platform and WhatsApp, which are outside Turnkey's direct control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services that rely on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including damages resulting from the unavailability or performance of third-party platforms such as fonio.ai or WhatsApp.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms agreed at signup. Upon termination, access to the relevant website, assistant, or account may be suspended or removed, subject to any obligations that survive termination, such as outstanding payment or data-handling obligations.
